  Hello everybody. We are looking for a new house mate in our flat!! The apartment is very central in the 3rd area (metro Arts et Métiers), 4th floor with lift, 90sqm, with a nice toilet and a bathtub. There are 5 rooms, (living room, dining-room, study, kitchen bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Your will have your own pritave room that offers total privacy. The rent is 460 euro p/month, everything included. We have a free internet connection and a washing machine. The apartment will be available from the 1st of June.
